Oh Yeah? But Can Your Robot Lawnmower Do This?

The Lymow robot lawn mower may not be the world’s first robomower, but it is the first to be equipped with mulching blades, boundary-wire-free navigation and tracked treads that, like a tank, can traverse most any terrain and overcome small obstacles. With those tracks, it can manage rough terrain and “slopes up to 45° slopes.”

Lymow: when you cross a tank with a lawnmower.

Unlike a tank, your children and pets will be safe. Lymow’s Intelligent Adaptability identifies and adapts to objects like animals, hazards, or debris, and users can customize whether to avoid or cut through obstacles for seamless, smart mowing, according to the company.

Lymow is a promising Kickstarter project at the moment. The startup has raised more than 100 times its goal of $30K.  Apparently, there are a lot of us for whom riding mowers are not the do-all, end-all of lawn care.

Lymow will be exhibiting at CES24.
