WOOD DALE, IL, Jan 29, 2026 – AAR has substantially completed an expansion of its Airframe MRO facility in Oklahoma City to meet the demand for AAR’s maintenance services. The more than 80,000 sq. ft. addition adds three maintenance bays capable of supporting all Boeing 737 variants. The expanded site will soon induct additional Alaska Airlines aircraft as part of an existing customer commitment.

AAR marked the near completion of its Oklahoma City project with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The expansion adds 200 full-time jobs and includes plans to digitize maintenance operations in collaboration with Alaska Airlines.

“Today, we celebrate AAR’s growth and our longstanding relationship with Alaska Airlines. We are very grateful for Alaska’s trust and for the outstanding support we have received in Oklahoma City. We are excited for this new chapter and our decades long relationship,” said John M. Holmes, AAR’s chairman, president and CEO.
