WOOD DALE, IL, Apr 22, 2026 – AAR CORP. has launched Airvoyant, an AI-based aviation procurement system that connects airlines and MROs to supplier inventory, consolidates quotes, and guides users on parts purchasing decisions. Airvoyant integrates with Aeroxchange’s network of more than 5,000 suppliers and embeds sourcing functions into existing operational workflows.

Airvoyant automates parts sourcing and connects with Trax and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. It integrates procurement processes within airline and maintenance, repair, and overhaul workflows, allowing users to request quotes and manage supplier interactions through a single system.

The system uses AI agents to analyze inbound supplier quotes and generate purchase recommendations. It processes historical procurement data, including prior transactions, pricing patterns, and supplier performance, to guide purchasing decisions. The system is designed to support automated ordering based on these data inputs.

Additional AI agents for demand consolidation, vendor optimization, and automated negotiation are scheduled for release later this year. Delta Air Lines and Air Canada are working with Airvoyant as subject matter experts (SMEs), providing operational feedback. Air Europa, Allegiant, Atlas Air, JetBlue, Thai Airways, and Virgin Atlantic are participating as launch partners and advisors in evaluating procurement workflows.

Airvoyant is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and uses cloud infrastructure for real-time data processing and system integration. It connects with Aeroxchange to access a supplier network, supporting sourcing, supplier selection, and procurement decision workflows across airline and MRO operations.

“AAR continues to invest in our transformative software platforms to bring increased efficiency to all corners of the aviation industry,” said John M. Holmes, AAR’s chairman, president and CEO. “Airvoyant represents the first scalable solution to deliver agentic AI to airlines and MROs. These AI tools will reshape how customers source and procure parts, plan maintenance, and optimize operations.”
