WOOD DALE, IL, Sep 2, 2026 – AAR Corp. has named Sanjay Sood senior vice president and chief digital and technology officer. Sood will oversee the company’s technology organization, including enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and AI work across its operations. He will report to John M. Holmes, chairman, president and CEO.
Sood joins AAR from CDW, where he was senior vice president and chief technology officer. There he modernized the company’s platforms and data architecture, led its AI initiatives and managed the technical integration of multiple acquisitions.
Before CDW, Sood held senior technical and product roles at HERE Technologies, responsible for global engineering organizations and developing emerging products. Earlier in his career he worked at YP, formerly AT&T Interactive, AllVoices and BuzzLabs.
Sood holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
