AAR Signs LASEREF IV Distribution Pact with Otto

Deal covers global sales, support, and logistics for inertial reference system replacements and upgrades across business aircraft platforms

WOOD DALE, IL, Feb 27, 2026 – AAR CORP. has signed an agreement with Otto Instrument Service to sell and support the LASEREF IV inertial reference system in the business aviation market. The agreement adds the navigation system to AAR’s OEM distribution portfolio. Under the agreement, AAR will handle sales and product support for the LASEREF IV platform.

Under the agreement, AAR will manage global distribution and product availability for the LASEREF IV system used in business aircraft for replacement and upgrade programs. The avionics unit supports multiple business aviation platforms. Otto provides product expertise, while AAR delivers supply chain operations, distribution infrastructure, and customer support.
