ZURICH, Switzerland, July 8, 2026 – ABB Robotics is bringing autonomous forklift handling into its Visual SLAM mobile robot lineup with the Flexley Stack F712, an Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) built to move pallets, containers and racks weighing up to 2,000 kg across warehouse, end-of-line and automotive intralogistics operations. The F712 can handle open and closed pallets, containers and racks. It can lift loads to heights of 8.5 meters.

The AMR F712 joins the Flexley Tug and Flexley Mover in ABB Robotics’ Visual SLAM AMR portfolio. ABB lists applications including warehouse storage and retrieval, line supply, end-of-line handling, body-shop and press-shop operations, drive-in workflows and light buffer tasks.
The F712 uses Visual SLAM to map and navigate its operating environment without pre-installed markers or reflectors. The AI-enabled Visual SLAM system provides positional accuracy of ±10 mm in warehouse operations.
AMR F712 works with AMR Studio to reduce commissioning times by up to 20%. The system can also be adjusted when warehouse floor layouts change. The Flexley Stack F712 is certified to the latest ISO and ANSI safety standards. It can operate at speeds of up to 1.7 m/s while loaded.
The F712 is integrated with AMR Studio and is VDA5050 compatible. The no-code, drag-and-drop software suite supports setup, fleet coordination, traffic management and real-time visualization. The software allows Flexley Tug, Flexley Mover and Flexley Stack units to operate together in the same layout.
