PLANO, TX, Sep 23, 2025 – ADMARES is adopting the Siemens Xcelerator business platform to bring manufacturing and automation into homebuilding. By using Siemens’ digital twin technology, the company is designing and producing affordable and sustainable housing.

ADMARES has used Siemens’ Designcenter, Teamcenter, and Simcenter software to design and test modular housing. These tools create a digital twin that represents the finished smart home and includes manufacturing process data. The digital twin is used to plan and optimize operations inside the company’s smart factory.
The factory runs on Siemens’ Opcenter manufacturing execution software and automation hardware. It is designed to complete one building unit every 22.5 minutes. A full 1,400 sq. ft. home can be produced in 45 minutes. Each home is delivered with software that provides real-time monitoring of energy, water, and air quality, making it a connected smart home.
