Morpholio Trace was developed around the iterative nature of architectural drawing. Designers can sketch over drawing sets, layer ideas, and work at scale while maintaining the directness of pen and paper. AI Scale builds on this approach by reading a drawing’s scale directly on the device and keeping rulers, measurements, and dimensions available throughout the sketching process.
The feature does not automatically impose precision. Instead, architects can consult dimensional information when they need to test a proportion, investigate a spatial relationship, or reconsider a design decision. The sketch remains open to change, while measurements become part of the creative process rather than a later documentation task.
This approach addresses an important architectural dilemma. Introducing scale too early can fix an idea before designers have explored its possibilities.
