PARIS, France, June 10, 2026 – Air Liquide has invested in Quobly through ALIAD, the Group’s corporate venture capital arm, as the quantum processor developer works toward industrial-scale manufacturing using semiconductor production processes.

ALIAD participates in Quobly’s 115 million euros Series A financing round, alongside other investors. The funding will support Quobly’s R&D, industrialization, and international commercial expansion. Air Liquide will also provide industrial expertise as Quobly scales its technology, with an aim of launching its first commercial product by the end of 2026.

In addition to providing capital, ALIAD works with portfolio companies as an industrial partner, helping them access business opportunities and Air Liquide’s technical resources. For Quobly, that support includes expertise in Advanced Materials and specialty gases used in the manufacturing of silicon quantum processors.

Air Liquide is active in the quantum computing supply chain, providing cooling technology and ultra-pure materials used to stabilize quantum processors and reduce operating errors. The Group also works with hardware developers on quantum chip manufacturing and supports supply security for high-purity gases.

Armelle Levieux, member of Air Liquide’s executive committee stated: “Quantum computing represents the next major technological frontier. Quobly is pioneering the path toward scalable quantum processors, and this is exactly the kind of game-changing innovation Air Liquide looks for when supporting tech start-ups with a strong potential. We are proud to participate in this journey and to continue shaping the future.”
