MIRAMAR, FL, Aug 19, 2025 – AllClear Aerospace & Defense has announced the appointment of Bill Boucek as its new chief executive officer (CEO). The appointment comes alongside the company’s recapitalization, which included reducing its debt and securing funding from lenders. The changes mark a step in reshaping AllClear’s operations and financial structure.
Boucek’s background includes more than 20 years in the Navy and leadership roles in the Department of Defense focused on aviation, logistics, and sustainment operations. In the private sector, he built Grant Thornton’s supply chain consulting business and served as president of KMM, where he managed programs in logistics and network deployment. Boucek holds a BA in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He also serves on the board of the DLA Foundation, supporting the Defense Logistics Agency community.
Said Boucek, “I’m excited to join AllClear at such a pivotal point in its trajectory. This is a company with a well-earned reputation for quality, responsiveness, and breadth of products that few in the industry can match. Building on that strong foundation, AllClear is poised to capture new opportunities in both domestic and international markets. With the support of our stakeholders, the dedication of our talented team, and a clear strategic direction, we expect to drive sustained growth and operational excellence, and expand the value and solutions we deliver to our customers. The defense aftermarket is evolving, and AllClear is ready to meet that growing demand with the full range of capabilities on which our customers rely.”
Jame Donath, chairman of the board at AllClear where Boucek will also serve as a director, said: “Bill is a terrific addition to the AllClear leadership team. Bill brings significant depth of industry knowledge and relationships to the CEO role given his time in military procurement, as well as the private sector. We expect his hands-on leadership style to have an immediate impact on our operations as AllClear looks to capitalize on favorable trends in the defense aftermarket to grow our business, both domestically and abroad.”
Mr. Donath added: “We also thank Nick Bowman – who has been serving as our CEO during this interim period – and his very capable colleagues from Alvarez & Marsal for their many contributions while leading the company, together with our best-in-class employees, through its recent recapitalization. Thanks to their efforts and with Bill’s appointment, we are sending a strong signal to our partners, customers, and suppliers around the world that AllClear remains well-positioned and well-resourced as the recognized industry leader in the defense aftermarket.”
