MIRAMAR, FL, Jan 26, 2026 – AllClear Aerospace & Defense has appointed Yancy Everhart as vice president of business development. Everhart brings more than two decades of aerospace and defense experience, with a record of building and scaling OEM partnerships that support revenue growth and market expansion.
Before joining AllClear, Everhart held senior business development roles in the aerospace sector, including at Top Aces. As director of business development, he led product line expansion and managed retrofit and modification programs. His experience also includes extending OEM contracts into new regions, securing additional authorizations, and translating customer requirements for manufacturing partners.
At Honeywell Aerospace, Everhart served as product line director for turboprop engines, leading programs across OEM and aftermarket operations. He developed growth strategies, supported engine development with the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, and maintained product support performance. He also led aftermarket channel management, overseeing international defense and space partner strategy and execution. His background includes engineering and operations leadership roles, managing gas turbine engine R&D laboratories and leading improvement initiatives.

Everhart earned an MBA from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Design with a focus on Industrial Design from Arizona State University. He also served in the United States Air Force, where he gained experience in aircraft maintenance and base communications.
