AllClear Aerospace & Defense has appointed Shawn Webb as vice president and general manager of its Engineered Products segment. Webb will be based in Camarillo, CA, and will oversee the design, manufacturing and repair of aftermarket structural aircraft components and aerospace assemblies for defense aviation customers. Webb has more than 30 years of leadership experience in aerospace, defense and advanced manufacturing.
Webb served as president of FlightWave Aerospace, where he led the company’s operational expansion following its acquisition. Webb was also the vice president of operations at AeroVironment, leading the largest operational growth initiative in the company’s Loitering Munition Systems business. Earlier in his career, Webb held senior operational roles at Bega North America and Bombardier Aerospace.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Friends University and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University and earned his Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification early in his career.
