Alphawave Semi Named 2025 TSMC OIP Partner of the Year

LONDON, UK and TORONTO, Canada, Oct 22, 2025 – Alphawave Semi has been named 2025 TSMC OIP Partner of the Year for High-Speed SerDes IP.

This marks the sixth consecutive year Alphawave Semi has earned the recognition. The award was presented on Sept. 24, 2025, at the TSMC North America OIP ecosystem forum in Santa Clara. Mohit Gupta accepted the award on behalf of Alphawave Semi. The event brought together TSMC customers and design partners to discuss technologies for high-performance computing (HPC), mobile, automotive, and IoT applications.
