Altair to Highlight AI, Manufacturing Tech at DSEI 2025

by | Sep 3, 2025

DSEI 2025 will spotlight AI, manufacturing, and cybersecurity solutions for defense. The event will show how these technologies improve decision-making, speed operations, and strengthen protection for military missions and assets.

TROY, MI, Sep 3, 2025 – Altair will showcase its artificial intelligence (AI) – driven engineering, smart manufacturing, and advanced connectivity solutions at DSEI 2025, set for Sep 9-12 at ExCeL London.

“AI, data, and connectivity are today’s competitive advantages,” said Dr. Pietro Cervellera, senior vice president of aerospace and defense, Altair. “Altair technologies are helping the defense industry achieve next-level breakthroughs in performance, reliability, and innovation.”

Altair will be featuring:

  • AI-powered digital solutions for research, development and testing (RD&T) – Altair helps defense organizations in accelerating RD&T by using AI, knowledge graphs, and digital engineering tools to connect data across domains. Its approach strengthens secure communications, speeds threat detection, and enables decision-making on the battlefield. By unifying information and streamlining technology integration, Altair helps military and government agencies operate proficiently and adapt fast to missions.
  • Optimization through data-driven manufacturing, sustainment, and modernization – As demand for military assets and ammunition increases, military personnel keep equipments ready for missions and combat scenarios. Altair solutions create unified data models that connect information across an asset’s lifecycle – from production machines to maintenance systems – supporting production planning, preventing failures, and automating operations with AI agents.
  • Empowering startups in the defense industry – The Altair Aerospace Startup Acceleration Program (ASAP) equips startups, universities, and research organizations with enterprise-level tools to develop aerospace technologies with limited investments.
  • Solutions to identify and prevent cyberattacksAerospace, defense, military, and government agencies use Altair technologies to detect and prevent potential attacks. The solutions process large volumes of data to reduce false positives and help less experienced users identify and prioritize threats.

At DSEI, Altair will be located at the ADS Pavillion, Booth N7-163.
