ANDOVER, MA, July 14, 2026 – Aras is extending its Innovator PLM platform into semiconductor manufacturing, adding preconfigured templates for stage-gate program governance, IP management and reuse, and manufacturing process planning. Aras built the templates for semiconductor design and manufacturing organizations managing product data across design, production, and the broader lifecycle.
This Industry Accelerator introduces three semiconductor-specific templates that organizations can deploy individually or together:
- Stage-Gate Program Portfolio Management connects program milestones with product, manufacturing, supplier, quality, and compliance information.
- IP Management governs semiconductor IP as reusable assets, tracking it across products, licensing, export controls, and engineering change.
- Manufacturing Process & Artifact Management extends Aras’s digital thread into manufacturing operations, governing process plans, manufacturing artifacts, work instructions, qualification evidence, and manufacturing readiness alongside product data.
The semiconductor templates run alongside Aras Innovator‘s existing application templates, which cover product engineering, change management, supplier collaboration, compliance, simulation product data management, and quality management.
