ANDOVER, MA, Nov 10, 2025 – Aras has been awarded the 2025 SaaS PLM Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Award from IDC, recognizing the company for leading customer satisfaction in product lifecycle management (PLM) software. Aras was the highest scoring company in the PLM application segment.
The results are based on IDC’s annual SaaSPath Survey, which includes feedback from about 2,900 organizations worldwide. Customers rate their SaaS vendors on more than 30 satisfaction metrics, including product innovation, ease of use, integration, customer support, and overall value.
According to John Snow, research director, product innovation strategies at IDC, “Aras continues to march to the beat of a different drummer as it pursues manufacturers that want or need more control over their product development processes.”
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from end-users, reflecting the value they see in Aras Innovator SaaS,” said Leon Lauritsen, CEO of Aras. “We believe it validates our commitment to delivering customers the same level of capability and agility they get from traditional PLM on a modern, highly scalable cloud infrastructure.”
