CHADDS FORD, PA, Feb 4, 2026 – Arora Engineers (Arora) has named Mike Messina as chief financial officer (CFO), strengthening its executive leadership team. Messina brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in engineering and professional services organizations.

As CFO at Arora, he will oversee financial strategy and support operating performance. He will work with senior leadership on planning and key business decisions.

Mike works to turn complex financial data into guidance that supports decision-making across the organization. He brings a collaborative leadership style working with technical teams. Mike completed the “Succeeding as a Strategic CFO” program at Harvard Business School and is a member of FENG and the Philadelphia chapter of the CFO leadership council.
