atNorth Appoints Directors to Expand AI-Ready Data Centers

Expands management structure to support development of AI-ready data centers and strengthen operational and workforce strategy

REYKJAVÍK, Iceland, Nov 11, 2025 –  atNorth has named two new directors to guide the expansion of its AI-ready data centers. Rising demand is driving the company to strengthen its workforce strategy for customer-focused operations, maintaining compliance.

The New Directors are:

  • Bára Hlín Kristjánsdóttir, director of PMO & product – Bára brings experience leading transformation projects across telecom, software, and engineering sectors. As director of PMO and product, she oversees governance, process improvement, and product alignment across atNorth’s Nordic operations. She connects functions across development, sustainability, and sales to drive clarity and scalability in delivery. Before joining atNorth, Bára held leadership roles at Syn and Marel, where she led digital transformation efforts and aligned technology, operations, and business strategy.
  • Jonas Lückner, director of commercial management – Jonas oversees the commercial and financial direction of atNorth’s development projects. He brings more than 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and financial planning from roles at Telia, Deloitte, KPMG, and Folksam. At atNorth, Jonas leads commercial strategy from contract negotiation through cost optimization, aligning operations with business growth.
