
REYKJAVÍK, Iceland, May 13, 2026 – atNorth joined Nordic Compass (The Nordic Round Table for Industry) as the region prepares coordinated action on capital markets, deep tech, defense and energy. Chaired by former Finnish Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen, the alliance plans to present its first initiatives at the Nordic Compass Summit in Gothenburg, Sweden, in November 2026.
Nordic Compass Plans First Summit in 2026
Nordic Compass brings together more than 25 organizations to support cross-border work across the digital, industrial and energy sectors. Members include Aker ASA, Alfa Laval, Danfoss, Embla Medical, EY, KONE, Nasdaq Nordic, Nordea, Novo Nordisk Foundation, Vattenfall and Ørsted.

The company’s work covers AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, energy optimization and long-term digital resilience. atNorth is a signatory of the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact, participates in the UN Global Compact, and is a member of the European Data Center Association (EUDCA) and regional data center industry groups in the Nordics.
