
REYKJAVÍK, Iceland, June 12, 2026 – atNorth has joined the Norwegian Data Center Industry, the industry body representing Norway’s data center ecosystem. The announcement follows atNorth’s expansion into Norway, including its acquisition of land for the NOR01 data center campus at Haugaland Business Park.
Through the membership, atNorth will take part in initiatives focused on the role of data centers as civic infrastructure with economic, social and environmental impacts. The company will also participate in work on industry best practices, energy efficiency and power resilience.

This membership allows us to actively contribute to shaping a sustainable, future-ready digital ecosystem in Norway and across the Nordics.”

The membership follows atNorth’s announcement of joining Nordic Compass. The company also participates in the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact and the UN Global Compact, and is a member of the European Data Center Association (EUDCA). These partnerships support collaboration across the Nordic digital infrastructure ecosystem.
