SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Nov 12, 2025 – Attentive.ai secured $30.5 million in Series B funding led by Insight Partners, with participation from Vertex Ventures, Tenacity Ventures, and InfoEdge Venture Fund. The total funding is $48 million as of date. The investment will advance the development of AI-driven products and support the company’s expansion into new markets.
Attentive.ai launched AI-driven software that automates takeoffs, estimating, and planning for construction projects. As infrastructure, manufacturing, and data center work accelerates across the United States, contractors face pressure to deliver projects faster and with precision. The platform replaces manual spreadsheets with automated workflows, enabling estimators and project teams to reduce rework, improve precision, and speed up bids.
Beam AI automates preconstruction workflows for more than 1,100 companies, reducing manual tasks and generating digital takeoffs across construction and outdoor service sectors. Beam AI’s human-in-the-loop model assists estimators with takeoff completion and productivity tracking. By automating routine estimating work, Beam AI helps contractors manage bids and focus on planning and cost analysis.
