SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Feb 27, 2026 – Autodesk announced that Autodesk Construction Cloud will be a part of Autodesk Forma starting March 24, bringing design and construction workflows onto a single cloud platform. The move connects processes across the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO) lifecycle. Built on Autodesk Platform Services and a shared data foundation, the platform supports project data continuity from planning through operations.

Autodesk will update product names as Autodesk Construction Cloud joins the Forma industry cloud. Autodesk Docs will be renamed Forma Data Management, and Autodesk Build will become Forma Build, with other ACC products set to follow. The naming changes take effect across product interfaces and Autodesk web properties on March 24, 2026. Existing workflows, integrations, licensing, user access, and stored project data will remain unchanged. There is no requirement to migrate customer data and project data.

Autodesk will align Autodesk Construction Cloud products under the Forma industry cloud beginning March 24, with Forma Data Management serving as the renamed data layer. Existing workflows, integrations, and project data will remain unchanged during the transition. Autodesk said it will provide customer guidance and support materials as the updates roll out.
