SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Nov 26, 2025 – Autodesk has announced its Q3 FY26 results, reporting $1,853M in revenue – a 5.1% increase from $1,763M in Q2 FY26 results – with a profit of $343M.
Third Quarter Financial Highlights
- Billings rose 21% to $1.85 billion.
- Subscription revenue grew 18% year-over-year.
- Design product revenue grew 19% to $1.53
- Revenue in the AECO segment rose 23% to $921 million.
- Free cash flow increased 116% year-over-year.
- Deferred and unbilled revenue obligations increased 20%.

“We delivered another strong quarter, highlighted by outperformance in AECO. Up-front revenue, the Autodesk Store, and billings linearity all exceeded expectations,” said Janesh Moorjani, Autodesk CFO. “The macroeconomic environment has been broadly stable though uncertainty remains elevated, and we have so far successfully executed our sales and marketing optimization plan. We are raising our full-year guidance to reflect the current momentum of the business.”
