SAN JOSE, CA, Sep 10, 2026 – Ayla Networks has launched Ayla Dealer Hub, extending its OEM device dashboard to dealers, installers and site operators with hierarchical, role-based access to devices connected to the Ayla cloud. Brands can assign devices across dealer networks and monitor health and status data, while channel partners receive access based on their roles, locations and franchises.

Brands can onboard and oversee multiple dealers and assign connected devices to individual dealer accounts. Dealers can then view and manage equipment they install or service without receiving access to devices outside their assigned network.

“Existing dealer management tools cannot natively expose device data because they don’t own the IoT cloud,” said Ajit Pradhan, director of product for Ayla Networks. “Dealer Hub informs brands how individual dealer support teams are performing. Dealers themselves get a robust monitoring and management tool that empowers them to offer more efficient and effective service for any device connected to the Ayla cloud.”

Dealer Hub supports products that require installation or servicing, including:

  • HVAC and water purification systems
  • Home security devices
  • Pool and spa equipment
  • Solar battery and storage systems

The same access structure can be applied where companies oversee multiple facilities, franchises or sub-locations. Ayla lists quick-service restaurants, self-storage operations, multi-dwelling units, retail stores and hotels as potential applications. Portfolio managers can monitor devices across multiple locations, while facility managers, dealers and installers receive access to their assigned sites.

Dealer Hub defines four access roles:

  • Dealer Admin: Provides read and write access to locations, staff, devices and end users under a dealer account. Administrators can manage staff roles, create facilities and locations, and monitor device data and video streams.
  • Dealer Staff: Provides read-only access to user, device and end-user data, including real-time device alerts and video streams.
  • Site Manager: Provides site-specific read and write access to users, devices and end users. Managers can manage roles and monitor device data and video streams for their assigned site but cannot create facilities or access other sites.
  • Site Supervisor: Provides site-specific read-only access to user, device and end-user data, including real-time device alerts and video streams.

Authorized users can monitor device health, review system alerts and error codes, and adjust device settings. Service teams can receive alerts through text messages, push notifications or email and perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting before on-site service or repairs.

Dealer Hub exposes APIs for cloud-to-cloud integration with existing systems, including customer relationship management software, building management systems, property management systems and guest management applications. Ayla also provides custom integration services for organizations that need device data incorporated into existing management systems.
