
BAE Systems has named Brad Pelachyk senior vice president (SVP) and chief global supply chain officer, effective Dec. 20, 2025. He will report to president and CEO Tom Arseneault and have a matrixed reporting line to CFO Brad Greve. Pelachyk will lead global procurement and join the company’s senior leadership team.
Pelachyk will lead the company’s global supply chain organization and will chair the Global Supply Chain Council to ensure consistent supply chain performance. Pelachyk succeeds Ann Ackerson, who announced her intention to retire this year.
“Brad’s leadership and expertise will position our supply chain team to continue advancing the growth and success of our business,” said Arseneault. “I also want to thank Ann for her many years of dedicated service to our company and congratulate her on a successful and distinguished career.”
Pelachyk brings more than 30 years of procurement and supply chain experience to the role. He served as the company’s vice president of supply chain, overseeing operational efficiency, emphasizing procurement savings, supplier risk mitigation, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining BAE Systems, Pelachyk held leadership roles at Thales Group and FIAT Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Northwood University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
