BUNNIK, Netherlands, Feb 17, 2026 – BAM has expanded its partnership with OpenSpace under a new three-year, group-wide contract. After deployment with BAM Netherlands, the OpenSpace construction site documentation platform will roll out across BAM UK & Ireland. BAM will standardize how it captures, reviews and manages site information across construction projects.

Arnoud van der Heijden, digital project manager at BAM Netherlands commented: “The expansion of our collaboration with OpenSpace aligns well with our broader digital strategy. By standardizing across the group, we create greater consistency in the way we capture and use site information, enabling us to manage quality more effectively.”

From Local Impact to International Scale

After successful use on several projects, BAM Netherlands is expanding OpenSpace across the group to standardize construction workflows, improve efficiency and strengthen quality control as project complexity increases.

Paul Brennan, director digital solutions at BAM UK & Ireland said: “By implementing OpenSpace in BAM UK & Ireland, we strengthen collaboration between divisions and take an important step in professionalizing our digital way of working.”

Seamless Integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud

OpenSpace connects with Autodesk Construction Cloud to link visual site data to project models, documents and workflows. The integration gives BAM a connected project environment and supports faster decision-making on site.

Sander Lijbers, managing director at OpenSpace said: “We’re proud that BAM is deepening its partnership with OpenSpace. Their vision for data-driven construction and quality assurance aligns perfectly with our mission to make the construction industry smarter, safer, and more efficient.
