ST. LOUIS, MO, Sep 1, 2026 – Belden has launched new networking products across five areas: industrial device connectivity, wireless orchestration, rugged switching with low-voltage power options, data center fiber and life-safety cabling. The lineup includes IO-Link hubs for analog sensors and a switch option that draws its power from a low-voltage DC rail.
The products are aimed at Operational Technology (OT) environments in manufacturing, energy and transportation, where operators are connecting devices and applications, extending networks into harsher conditions.
Belden’s newest product launches include:
- Belden LioN-X IO-Link Analog Hubs connect analog sensors to any IO-Link network. Each hub has four configurable ports (voltage, current, resistance and thermos-couple), plus eight digital inputs. The hubs are powered over IO-Link, so no separate power supply or M12 L-coded connection is needed.
- Belden Wireless Orchestration is a software-based WLAN controller. It manages enterprise and industrial access points from one dashboard.
- ProSoft 8-Channel HART Gateway (PLX51-HART-8I) bridges 8 isolated HART channels to EtherNet/IP or Modbus. It connects up to 64 field devices to the control system without adding gateways to the panel.
- The Belden ACX 4U Panel and 12-Port MPO Adaptor Strip (APAC only), extends the ACX family for high-density data center deployments. It supports pre-terminated and splice applications, delivering 384 fibers and 192 MPO-12/8 ports in a 4U for MDA/IDA environments. A pull-out drawer design simplifies installation and maintenance.
- Hirschmann GREYHOUND GRS2000 option powers network equipment from the low-voltage DC rail installed at substations, trackside or process sites, so no separate converter is required. The GRS2000 line extension adds a low-voltage DC power supply in single or redundant configurations, so the switch connects to the rail. Belden gives sites a migration path off the Hirschmann MACH1000 and GRS1020/30 families.
- Belden expanded its Safe T Line with EN 50200 PH120 and CPR Cca (s1b, d1, a1) certified cables in shielded and unshielded variants. The circuit-integrity cables support fire alarm, evacuation and emergency communication systems in building and infrastructure projects.
- Hirschmann IT MTS 2608/2708 switches are available in the Americas and EMEA. These entry-level 8-port Gigabit ethernet managed switches have four 1G SFP+ uplinks, ERPS ring redundancy and a security suite. The MTS2708 adds 802.3at PoE+ with a 125W power budget. Belden has designed the switches at manufacturing, energy, transportation and oil and gas sites.
Belden’s new products expand field connectivity, wireless network management, rugged switching, fiber capacity and life-safety cabling across industrial IT and operational technology environments.
