WARSAW, Poland, June 29, 2026 – Bluebeam announced an investment in Poland, covering desktop, web and mobile tools used for project documents, markups and collaboration. The rollout also adds a Polish website, local product resources, product information, and access to free trials.

Bluebeam is expanding its work with WSC, a Polish partner that will provide sales, implementation and technical support for customers in the country. More than 4 million users globally use Bluebeam. In Poland, customers can access the software and support materials in Polish across desktop, web and mobile environments.

“Poland is an important market for Bluebeam, with continued investment in the built environment and a growing focus on digital transformation across the construction sector,” said Amit Sangal, chief growth officer of Bluebeam and the Nemetschek Group build & construct division. “As more firms look to modernize project delivery, we see a strong opportunity to help teams improve collaboration, efficiency and project outcomes. By localizing our solutions and investing alongside trusted regional partners, we can better support Polish customers with the tools, resources, and expertise they need to advance their digitalization journey. We are also excited to introduce new Bluebeam innovations, including Bluebeam Max and AI-powered capabilities, in a way that reflects the needs and maturity of the local market.”

Bluebeam is also bringing Bluebeam Max and AI-powered capabilities to the Polish market. The tools are designed to automate repetitive tasks and support document workflows across projects.

“We are seeing growing demand from Polish architecture, engineering and construction firms for solutions that help teams work more efficiently and stay connected across projects,” said Maciek Szymanik, chairman of the board at WSC. “Our role is to connect customers with the right technologies, expertise and support to help them succeed, and Bluebeam is uniquely positioned to address many of the challenges project teams face today. From document management and collaboration to workflow optimization, the platform delivers practical value across the project lifecycle. We’re particularly excited about the potential for Bluebeam Max and AI-powered capabilities, which can help firms at different stages of digital maturity work smarter, improve productivity and gain efficiencies without disrupting established ways of working.”
