PASADENA, CA, June 11, 2025 – Bluebeam has released a series of product updates designed to improve project team efficiency. These include performance improvements, addition of markup tools, and integrations, all intended to enhance collaboration and productivity.
New Integrations Directory creates seamless workflows across tools
As projects become more involved, teams often need more tools. Bluebeam’s new Integrations Directory puts all third-party connections in one place. It links with apps like Procore Documents, Microsoft SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Vectorworks. These links reduce manual work and help teams keep track with project management and document control. They also make group work simpler. All subscription plans include integrations, enabling teams of any size to use these features.
Faster performance on modern hardware
The newest version of Revu runs natively and about 30% faster on ARM-based devices, such as Microsoft Surface tablets, and through Parallels on Apple M-series Macs. These updates help teams who use the latest hardware open, view, and mark up large files with ease. Mac users can also use Revu through Parallels.
Markup and Tool Chest upgrades
Revu 21.6 adds features designed to improve communication and efficiency in project workflows. The Markups on Capture tool allows users to draw on field photos, enhancing issue clarity. Tool Chest enhancements include multi-select drag-and-drop and customizable punch keys, enhancing control and speed with reusable markups.
“These updates reflect our commitment to solving real-world challenges faced by AEC professionals in the office, in the trailer and on their job sites,” said Jason Bonifay, chief technology officer at Bluebeam. “Whether you’re syncing data across tools or just trying to close punch items faster, we’re delivering solutions that remove friction so teams can focus less on workarounds and more on building great projects.”
