ANDOVER, MA, June 29, 2026 – BNP Paribas’ Securities Services is extending Aras Innovator from financial product lifecycle management into client pricing workflows across its global operations. The PLM system now supports more than 1,300 users and manages a catalog of more than 100 products and variants across markets and geographies.

The business selected Aras Innovator in 2020 to manage financial product lifecycles, service development, traceability, regulatory compliance and internal policy alignment. BNP Paribas’ Securities Services manages $16.5 trillion in assets under custody, operates across 27 countries and employs more than 10,800 people.

The Aras Innovator deployment centralizes data linked to product and solution catalogs. BNP Paribas’ Securities Services uses the system to manage product variants, document changes, automate workflows and support control processes in a regulated operating environment.

“Our choice naturally fell on a PLM solution because the lifecycle of a financial product is comparable to that of an industrial product, with similar challenges. BNP Paribas’ Securities Services business was one of the first players in the financial industry to digitalize its PLM processes – from its offer and solution catalog to, more recently, its client pricing process – thanks to Aras Innovator, which fully meets our need for agility,” said Stéphanie Fournier, deputy head of the business development & transformation chief operating office & chief of staff of the financial intermediaries and corporates client line, securities services, BNP Paribas.

BNP Paribas’ Securities Services uses Aras Innovator to manage more than 100 financial products and variants across markets. The system records product data, standardizes workflow steps and maintains traceability between business and support functions, with several key objectives:

  • Manage a catalog of more than 100 products and variants across markets and geographies
  • Track the development of products and solutions under financial regulations and client requirements
  • Address automation and data management requirements
  • Maintain traceability across business and support functions

Centralized data management with Aras Innovator brings benefits:

  • Traceability: Financial product changes are documented for compliance.
  • Automated workflows: Workflow automation supports process execution and risk management.
  • Centralized data: Product information is managed through a single PLM system.

“Today, Aras Innovator serves as the true digital backbone of our product development process. It strengthens collaboration between Business and Support Functions, fosters shared understanding, enables a single source of truth for our data, and helps standardize and optimize processes while ensuring product integrity and reliability,” said Fabien Albucher, Head of Product Lifecycle Transformation, Securities Services, BNP Paribas.

BNP Paribas’ Securities Services added a client pricing management process (Pricing Module) as a new initiative in 2024. The first module for that effort was designed, delivered and deployed between March and September 2025 to 600 employees worldwide.
