MONTREAL, Canada, Feb 9, 2026 – Bombardier has acquired Velocity Maintenance Solutions, expanding its Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services footprint in the United States. The deal was completed through Bombardier’s U.S. subsidiary, Learjet Inc., and adds maintenance support capabilities for business aviation operators.
Bombardier is expanding its U.S. maintenance footprint by adding Velocity Maintenance Solutions’ facilities and mobile support network. Velocity operates a 35,000-square-foot hangar at the Wilmington, Delaware, airport and runs 14 mobile repair trucks nationwide. The added capacity extends Bombardier’s maintenance and support coverage for operators in key flight regions.
