LINCOLNSHIRE, IL, Apr 9, 2026 – Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce will use iVT Expo Cologne 2026 (Hall F, stand 520) to present a compact hydraulics portfolio built around modular system design. The approach combines hydraulic systems, electronics, and control functions into integrated configurations for mobile machines.
The portfolio targets OEMs developing machines that require flexible and connected architectures. By linking hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, and electronic components, the companies provide system architectures that simplify integration and support application-specific configurations.
As mobile machines become more complex, manufacturers must manage functionality alongside reliability and efficiency. Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce address this with compact hydraulic components, integrated electronics, and software tools for system control and development.
Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce offer the EDG-OBE compact directional valve with onboard electronics that control spool position and reduce external wiring. The valve fits applications with limited installation space and supports plug-and-play functionality.
For higher flow needs, the EDH-OBE compact directional valve offers multiple configuration options. Integrated electronics support closed-loop control with PID tuning and CAN bus communication for stable operation in mobile applications.
Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce also provide HF-Impulse 2.0, a software development tool for ExDR controllers and EDx-OBE units. The tool supports both graphical and text-based programming, allowing engineers to develop and test control logic within a single workflow, reducing development and validation time.
