LINCOLNSHIRE, IL, Feb 9, 2026 – Bosch Rexroth and its subsidiary, HydraForce, will present compact hydraulic solutions for construction OEMs at CONEXPO/CON-AGG 2026 (booth S80245). The booth will include a collaboration zone where attendees can work with application engineers on machine challenges and electro-hydraulic system design to improve machine performance.
“We’re looking forward to connecting with construction OEMs to demonstrate how the integration of Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce compact solutions is making more possible for today’s hard-working and innovative machines,” said Angelo D’Ammando, vice president of sales, Compact Hydraulics. “By combining the knowledge of our application engineers with an approach to simplifying compact solutions, we help customers achieve higher performance, greater efficiency, and deliver a faster time to market.”
The booth will showcase the following Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce products, including:
Hybrid Hydraulic System Solutions
HydraForce is combining screw-in cartridge valves installed in a manifold with stackable Compact Directional Valves (CDVs) in a hybrid valve assembly. The configuration packages multiple functions into a space-saving layout for construction and mobile machinery. The design targets precision, flexible control, and efficiency, with a focus on reducing manufacturer cost.
EDG-OBE Piloted Compact Directional Valves
Bosch Rexroth is positioning the EDG-OBE as a space-focused directional valve platform for high flow and precision control. The valves integrate electronics and use a modular architecture with digital control. Bosch Rexroth targets applications such as aerial platforms, cranes, forklifts, and other equipment where packaging space is limited and accurate control matters. The company says the approach improves efficiency and reliability, and it simplifies installation.
Load Holding Valves
The load holding valves are designed for mobile machines, including mini-excavators and loaders. They are intended to support load management and operational stability, and to reduce wear. The valves are also intended for construction and agricultural machinery and material handling applications that require control.
EHBL Digital Boom Control Valve and HF-Impulse 2.0
HydraForce designed the EHBL valve to handle electro-proportional relief functions, supporting rates up to 454 l/min. The valve improves load control and energy efficiency in demanding hydraulic applications. Combined with the HF-Impulse 2.0 programming interface, manufacturers can program controllers to simplify development and ongoing maintenance. The setup supports improved machine control and hydraulic system.
Compact Power Modules
Bosch Rexroth developed its compact power modules for space-constrained mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. The modules support flows up to 30 lpm (8 gpm) and pressures up to 300 bar (4,350 psi). Engineers can configure the units for different control functions, pump flow requirements, and tank designs. The configuration options support integration into a range of machine architectures while keeping the package compact.
i-CHoose All-in-One Compact Hydraulics Configuration Tool
i-CHoose is a configuration workflow that brings Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce products into one tool for compact hydraulic system design. It supports hydraulic integrated circuits (HICs), compact directional valves (CDVs), and compact power modules (CPMs), with 2D and 3D visualization, drag-and-drop functionality, and multi-format exports. i-CHoose speeds the path from concept to prototype to production.
