LINCOLNSHIRE, IL, July 1, 2026 – Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce will show compact hydraulic, electro-hydraulic and control software solutions for mobile equipment OEMs at iVT Expo 2026 (stand 520). The portfolio covers cartridge and directional valves, transmission and load-holding components, boom control, oil monitoring, hydraulic power units and valve-control software for construction, agricultural, material-handling and off-highway machinery.

The stand will include:
- Hybrid Hydraulic System Solutions: HydraForce will show configurations that combine modular screw-in cartridge valves with Compact Directional Valves (CDVs). The design supports valve integration and space management in construction and mobile machinery.
- Transmission Solutions: Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce will show components for pressure control, gear shifting and load management. The HydraForce TS90-G34 valve is now available with a low leakage option for high-flow shifting applications. Bosch Rexroth’s DRE05SK cartridge valve combines high-flow capacity with fast response, stable operation and low leakage.
- Load Holding Valves: The companies will display load holding valves for mini-excavators and loaders. The valves support controlled load movement in construction, agricultural and material handling equipment.
- EHBL Digital Boom Control Valve: HydraForce’s EHBL electro-proportional relief valve has flow capacity up to 454 l/min and is designed for boom-control applications.
- EDG-OBE Piloted CDVs: Bosch Rexroth’s EDG-OBE valve system includes integrated electronics and is used in aerial platforms, forklifts and agricultural cranes.
- HydraForce Oil Condition Sensor in Partnership with Tan Delta Systems: The sensor monitors oil quality for maintenance planning in agriculture, construction and mining equipment.
- Compact Power Modules: Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce will show hydraulic power units for mobile and light industrial applications. Target applications include scissor lifts, car lifts, trailers, forklifts, dock applications, truck platforms and tailgates.
- Electronics & Software: The EVDR-1206A valve driver is a 12-output, 6-input controller for hydraulic valve applications in mobile and off-highway equipment. HF-Impulse 2.0 supports controller setup, programming and machine tuning through diagram settings, a C++ editor and a structured text editor (ST).
Together, the controller and development platform support proportional valve control and machine-control programming in one workflow.
