GREEN BAY, WI, Oct 9, 2025 – BW Converting will showcase technologies from its W+D, Baldwin, and PCMC brands at the PRINTING United Expo, taking place Oct. 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. The company will demonstrate how its solutions help mail houses, printers, packagers and converters improve quality, agility, and sustainability. Reflecting the show’s theme of bringing “the entire printing industry in one place,”, BW Converting will highlight how its portfolio enables customers to stay competitive in a changing market.

Visitors to BW Converting booth(#4330) will see the below products:

  • W+D BB820+ multi-format inserting system with RF4 rotary feeder: Helps mail houses complete more jobs in less time, operating at speeds up to 20,000 cycles per hour. The size range and RF4 feeder ensure steady throughput, allowing operators to manage a variety of applications.
  • Baldwin Flexo Cleaner Brush (FCB): Extends press run time by cleaning plates in minutes and removing debris in seconds. The automated system lowers solvent use, minimizes manual work, and maintains print quality across jobs.
  • Baldwin Corona SlimLine: Expands substrate options by improving ink and coating adhesion on a range of films and materials. The design enables converters to handle complex jobs while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Additional solutions highlighted in the BW Converting booth include:

  • PCMC Meridian Elite+ laser roll cleaner: Extends anilox roll life and maintains print quality for flexible packaging converters by using precision laser cleaning to remove ink and residue. The automated, chemical-free process reduces downtime, improves consistency, and includes inspection to verify results.
  • PCMC ELS MAX inline flexo press series: Allows converters to handle a range of applications through fast changeovers and a modular design. The platform supports shorter runs, product variations, and faster turnaround times while maintaining print quality.
  • PCMC Fusion central-impression flexo press: Supports flexible packaging production with register control, drying, and accuracy. Converters can increase throughput while reducing setup waste and lowering energy costs.

“PRINTING United is about bringing the industry together, and BW Converting embodies that same spirit,” said Jonathan Fore, senior director, product management and strategic marketing, BW Converting. “Our customers are under pressure to do more with less, and our portfolio is designed to help them get there – whether it’s higher throughput with fewer operators, tighter quality control or technologies that support a more sustainable pressroom.”
