Carfulan Group will present a range of manufacturing and metrology technologies at MACH 2026, including three “UK firsts” and two “MACH debuts”. Thirty of Carfulan Group team members will demonstrate how its technologies address production challenges such as setup time, measurement accuracy, and product validation.

OGP UK will show the M-Series multi-sensor metrology line, including the M50 system, powered by the Intellicentric-M platform, in its first UK appearance. The system supports measurement of complex, multi-feature components requiring high accuracy. The display will also include the Metrios 332 for shopfloor measurement and VICIVISION’s Techno 918 turned part inspection system. The 918 will be configured with a conical laser and scanning probe to support flexible measurement of turned components.

Chris Fulton, managing director at Carfulan Group, commented: “We’re bringing more technologies to MACH than ever before, showcasing our complete portfolio and how it can enable manufacturers to measure more accurately, design more freely, and produce more efficiently.”

“There’s an increase in interest from all parts of the supply chain and from several new adopters. This is really exciting, as our technical experts can get under the skin of the business in a bid to deliver lots of added value, cost savings and efficiencies.”

“When we’re talking to clients, they continually talk about the frustration of going to different suppliers for what they need and the lack of a joined-up approach. We can negate all of this by offering all types of solutions – from the latest 3D printing and metrology to tool presetting and quality analysis – in one place.”

He continued: “MACH 2026 is always the highlight of our event calendar, and this year will be our biggest appearance yet. OGP UK, SYS Systems, ZOLLER UK, VICIVISION and METRIOS UK are all market leaders and will be heavily represented, bringing some of the most innovative technologies ever seen in this country to the fore.”

Carfulan Group will also introduce two ZOLLER tools at MACH 2026. ToolBalancer is a precision balancing system that measures and adjusts tool balance to extend tool life and reduce spindle wear. ToolStation is a tool assembly station that supports repeatable presetting and assembly workflows.

Chris picked up the story: “The final debut will be in the 3D printing space. As additive manufacturing continues to expand its boundaries, SYS Systems is bringing The Origin Two to MACH, alongside exclusive sample parts produced using the new Silicone 25a material.”

“This is a real breakthrough for this technology as it provides flexible, durable end-use parts that can be manufactured in low to medium volumes.”

Carfulan Group will also host a Formula 1-themed competition during MACH 2026, with British Grand Prix tickets available to visitors.
