HOUSTON, TX, May 20, 2026 – Cave Holdings USA Inc. is moving ROBOZE polymer additive manufacturing systems deeper into industrial production for high-performance and large-format component work. The expansion supports applications in energy, infrastructure and defense, where parts may need to operate in harsh environments and supply chains can be costly or unreliable.
Cave Holdings USA Inc. is shifting from additive manufacturing adoption to integration across its production operations. Cave Holdings is using ROBOZE solutions to manufacture advanced polymer components while refining workflows, process control and application-specific performance.
Cave Holdings USA Inc. identified additive manufacturing as a critical capability for operations isolated by high-cost or low-reliability supply chains. The approach gives the company a way to produce components closer to demand, rather than relying only on conventional sourcing routes. Roboze now operates one upgraded ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED unit and six ARGO 500s, with an ARGO 1000 HYPERMELT scheduled for installation, extending its capacity for larger additive manufacturing requirements.
The decision to scale centers on ROBOZE systems for advanced polymer manufacturing in industrial applications. Cave Holdings USA Inc. is developing additive manufacturing processes for components across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and defense.
The expanded additive manufacturing capacity helps Cave Holdings USA Inc. respond to customer requirements with shorter turnaround times. It also reduces dependence on supply chains, increases design flexibility and supports the use of materials where standard manufacturing methods face technical or economic limits.
“For us, this isn’t about experimenting, it’s about pushing additive manufacturing into real production environments where performance truly matters. We’ve invested heavily in building this capability because we see the long-term value, not just in speed, design flexibility and rapid prototyping, but in transforming how complex components are manufactured in challenging operating conditions. As we continue refining our processes, the goal is clear: scalable, reliable production that delivers measurable impact for our customers.” said Angela Kilic-Cave, president, Cave Holdings USA Inc.
“At ROBOZE, we see more companies moving beyond experimentation and scaling additive as a core production technology. Cave Holdings USA Inc. demonstrates how additive manufacturing can be deployed in complex environments while driving continuous improvement in performance and production capability.” said Alessio Lorusso, founder & CEO of ROBOZE.
