Cellid appoints Hidekazu Kakishima as CBDO

Appoints a chief business development officer to strengthen operations and expand business development in support of growth in the augmented reality sector

TOKYO, Japan, Nov 4, 2025 – Cellid has appointed Hidekazu Kakishima as chief business development officer (CBDO) to lead business expansion and strengthen the company’s operations.

Kakishima joined Amazon Web Services (AWS), Japan in 2012 where he became general manager of enterprise strategic sales. He later became an executive officer at Soracom, where he oversaw the launch and growth of its sales department. Since 2021, he has led Skydio Japan, the local subsidiary Skydio, a US drone company.

Hidekazu Kakishima said: “I am extremely honored to join Cellid.
