TEANECK, NJ, Mar 25, 2026 – Cognizant has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud, moving from platform integration to enterprise-scale execution to support agentic AI in business operations. Building on its adoption of Gemini Enterprise, the company is combining internal deployment, commercial execution, and delivery to apply agentic AI in real-world use cases and link outcomes to business performance.
Cognizant is deploying Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise across its operations as part of its partnership with Google Cloud. The company plans to extend this deployment to customers through a new offering that combines both platforms. The offering supports automation of tasks such as content creation and supplier communication, replacing fragmented processes with structured, AI-driven workflows.
“This partnership reinforces Cognizant’s position as an AI builder, a new kind of services partner focused on creating purpose-built, enterprise-grade solutions that drive real business outcomes,” said Annadurai Elango, president, core technologies and insights, Cognizant. “Cognizant brings together the optimal combination of people and technology, including proprietary IP and deep services expertise, to build industry-specific platforms, embed context into systems, and co-create agentic solutions tailored to each client’s business.”
Cognizant is launching a Gemini Enterprise Center of Excellence and expanding delivery capabilities to support enterprise deployment of agentic AI. The company will use its Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) to integrate AI into development workflows, covering design and blueprinting through implementation, validation, and production rollout.
“Our partnership with Cognizant brings together advanced AI technology and deep industry expertise to help enterprises operationalize agentic AI,” said Kevin Ichhpurani, president, global ecosystem and channels at Google Cloud. “Together, we are enabling organizations to deploy enterprise-ready AI solutions that deliver real business impact.”
Cognizant is using tools such as Ignition, supported by Gemini, for discovery, prototyping, and data foundation development. Through Cognizant Agent Foundry, the company provides no-code tools and preconfigured solutions for applications including contact centers and order management. It is also expanding delivery through Gemini-trained teams across agentic coding and Google Distributed Cloud programs, with capabilities demonstrated in its Experience Zones and Gen AI Studios.
Cognizant and Google Cloud are focused on deploying agentic AI in enterprise environments, supporting the transition from platform selection to operational use. The partnership involves development and management of agentic AI systems, with focus on governance, system performance, and measurable outcomes.
