
TEANECK, NJ, Dec 19, 2025 – Cognizant is expanding its enterprise AI strategy through a partnership with Microsoft to help global enterprises scale AI across core business operations. The agreement calls for the two companies to co-build AI solutions, co-sell them worldwide, and jointly pursue enterprise deals across financial services, healthcare and life sciences, retail, and manufacturing.
Cognizant and Microsoft will integrate agentic AI and Copilot into mission-critical enterprise workflows using Work IQ, Foundry IQ, and Fabric IQ capabilities. The partnership expands the Cognizant Neuro AI Suite built on Microsoft cloud and AI services.

Cognizant will scale Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot across its delivery and consulting teams and expand training on Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry. The company will also apply its TriZetto, Skygrade, and FlowSource platforms to support sector-specific use cases and modernize software engineering workflows.
