LIVINGSTON, NJ, Apr 13, 2026 – CoreWeave and Meta Platforms entered a $21 billion agreement to supply AI cloud capacity through December 2032, supporting Meta’s development and deployment of AI systems.
Under the agreement, CoreWeave will deploy compute infrastructure across multiple locations. The deployment will include use of NVIDIA Vera Rubin hardware to support large-scale AI workloads. The infrastructure will process AI training and inference tasks across sites, allowing Meta to manage performance, system availability, and workload across its operations.
The agreement extends an existing relationship between the companies and adds compute capacity for Meta’s AI programs. The deal adds high-performance infrastructure to support AI models and data processing workloads.
“This is another example that leading companies are choosing CoreWeave’s AI cloud to run their most demanding workloads,” said Michael Intrator, co-founder, CEO, chairman of CoreWeave.
