QUÉBEC, Canada, Nov 6, 2025 – Creaform has announced the launch of the Creaform Integrity Suite, a software platform that standardizes non-destructive testing (NDT) workflows across industries like oil and gas, power generation, aerospace, and transportation. The platform provides a customizable interface that simplifies corrosion and mechanical damage inspections. It helps technicians assess structural integrity.
The HandySCAN 3D|EVO series is the central part of the solution. Its built-in touchscreen lets operators manage scans in the field without additional devices. Operators can run preset inspections on the scanner with minimal steps. The optional mobility kit adds wireless capability for scanning assets in challenging environments.
The 12 MP camera delivers visual documentation, which supports augmented reality (AR) feedback and operator guidance, and also ensures reporting and traceability for NDT applications. When paired with Creaform Integrity Suite, the scanner becomes the inspection procedure itself, streamlining every step from acquisition to reporting.
The Creaform Integrity Suite includes modules for key sectors:
- The “pipeline module” provides on-site wrinkle, corrosion and strain-based analyses, helping pipeline owners make diagnoses and repair decisions.
- The “aircraft module” is the 3D visualization software designed for aircraft surface 3D assessment and assessing dents on aircraft surfaces. It provides decision makers data for further analysis.
- The “pressure equipment module” measures thickness loss on curved geometries, including Fitness for Service (API 579) standards to assess whether equipment can work, need repair or requires shutdown.
- The “analysis toolkit” combines inspection and reverse engineering features to streamline daily work. It supports damage assessments without CAD, blend analysis, cross-sections, and key dimensional checks like bend radius and ovality. For retrofitting, it offers IGES/STEP export and CAD transfer.
Each module is engineered to support industry-specific workflows with customizable inspection steps and parameters. The suite includes a PDF report generator for final reports. It offers multilingual support, self-learning tools through the Insight channel, and guides for onboarding. The Creaform.OS viewer enables data sharing across teams.
“The Creaform Integrity Suite represents a major leap forward for NDT professionals, allowing them to focus on decision-making rather than data gathering and documentation,” said François Lachance, product manager software at Creaform. “Combined with the HandySCAN 3D|EVO Series, this solution redefines what’s possible in surface damage assessment, from the field to the final report.”
