
VÉLIZY-VILLACOUBLAY, France, Jan 30, 2026 – Dassault Systèmes expanded the role of Victoire de Margerie, naming her vice president, corporate marketing, communication and identity. Along with leading corporate marketing and communications, she now oversees global working environments across 184 sites supporting more than 25,000 employees. De Margerie has held corporate marketing and communication roles since 2018 and continues to report to Pascal Daloz, CEO, as a member of the executive committee.
As vice president, corporate marketing, communication and identity, De Margerie will coordinate employee experience with corporate communications across company touchpoints. The role emphasizes the use of physical work environments to reinforce a consistent corporate message and strengthen visibility, engagement, and employee advocacy.
This focus aligns with Victoire de Margerie’s responsibility for Dassault Systèmes’ reputation and brand strategy, including positioning around “Virtual Worlds for Real Life.” Since joining the company, she has overseen the rollout of its equity system and the development of corporate identity and brands, including the communications campaign “The Only Progress is Human.” Her responsibilities also include the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab program and related experiential spaces that showcase customer-driven innovation.
De Margerie has more than 30 years of experience spanning industry, public relations, and marketing. She previously led international communications at Airbus and currently serves on the boards of La Fondation Dassault Systèmes and Entreprises & Médias, the French association of chief communications officers.
