3DEXPERIENCE, OUTSCALE and AI tools aid virtual validation under European data rules

VELIZY-VILLACOUBLAY, France, June 18, 2026 – Dassault Systèmes will give healthcare startups working with PariSanté Campus access to virtual twin technology, sovereign cloud infrastructure, AI tools and technical mentoring to support digital health development in France and across Europe.

The collaboration connects Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform and OUTSCALE sovereign cloud infrastructure with PariSanté Campus’ digital health innovation network. The program is designed to help startups develop healthcare technologies that meet European data security regulations.

Eligible startups supported by PariSanté Campus can join Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Lab and OUTSCALE for Entrepreneurs accelerator programs. PariSanté Campus was established under France’s “Innovation Santé 2030” strategy to support digital health initiatives.

Startups in the program can use virtual twins on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to model, test and validate healthcare solutions before clinical or industrial deployment. Dassault Systèmes said the method can shorten development cycles, reduce reliance on physical prototypes and speed time to market.

“Through this partnership, we will accelerate innovation by making sovereign, technologically advanced data infrastructure available to PariSanté Campus stakeholders. The data infrastructure from Dassault Systèmes will be essential for PariSanté Campus innovators to store, use, secure and analyze their data under optimal conditions, become European digital champions, and scale their innovations globally,” said Antoine Tesnière, managing director, PariSanté Campus.

“For more than 10 years, the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab has supported entrepreneurs who want to change the world.  By providing healthcare startups with virtual twins, simulation and the power of AI, we enable them to create, test and validate their solutions virtually and get them to market faster.  By connecting them with experts and virtual companions, we increase their chance of success,” said Frédéric Vacher, director of innovation, Dassault Systèmes.
