VELIZY-VILLACOUBLAY, France, Feb 23, 2026 – The board of directors of Dassault Systèmes has named Pascal Daloz chairman of the company. Daloz, who serves as chief executive officer (CEO), was recommended by the compensation and nomination committee. He assumes the chairman role following the stepping down of Bernard Charlès.
