Dexory Pilots SimScale Engineering AI for Warehouse Robot Design

MUNICH, Germany, Aug 20, 2026 – Dexory has begun a pilot deployment of SimScale’s Engineering AI for mechanical engineering and product development involving its warehouse robots. Dexory will use the software to investigate structural component failures, test design variations and retrieve information from previous simulation projects.

The deployment builds on Dexory’s existing use of SimScale’s cloud simulation platform. Its objective is to reduce the time engineers spend investigating the root causes of structural failures and allow more simulation iterations during design phases.

The software will run parameter sweeps that test multiple design variables simultaneously. It will generate comparative results without requiring engineers to configure each simulation separately.

SimScale Engineering AI will also produce simulation reports for Dexory’s engineering teams to analyze, compare and share. A searchable repository will store information from earlier projects, including simulation methods and results, for use in subsequent work.

Dexory said the pilot will assess where AI agents are useful in engineering workflows and inform internal practices for future use.

The announcement cited a forecast that places the global warehouse robotics market at $117 billion by 2034, up from $14.7 billion in 2024.
