Doosan Robotics has opened a Frankfurt branch to support European customers and system integrators with robot service, training and application development. The branch adds repair support, live technical training, demonstrations and an application center for companies deploying robotic systems across markets including Germany, France and the Netherlands.
About 200 guests attended the opening ceremony, including European partners, existing and prospective customers, robotics associations and local media.
Doosan Robotics Europe is expanding repair and service operations to include individual component replacement. The company keeps stocks of service parts and repairs to support customer response. If a robot has an issue at a customer site, replacement robots can be deployed to reduce downtime.
The branch will also expand training for customers and system integrators. Beginner, intermediate and advanced courses will run at least twice a month. Doosan Robotics Europe will introduce a “Live Repair” training program, where participants disassemble and repair actual products for hands-on technical training.
At the opening ceremony, Doosan Robotics Europe showed several commercial robot solutions. These included palletizing, which arranges and stacks items on pallets; machine tending, which loads workpieces and unloads finished parts; AI vision-based pick and place; and a cocktail-making application.

Doosan Robotics Europe will operate a showroom where prospective customers can view robot applications. The company also plans to open an application center where customers can work with engineers to develop customized robot applications.
“The expanded Frankfurt branch gives us a stronger platform to serve customers and partners across Europe with greater speed, proximity, and technical support,” said Inwon Park, president of Doosan Robotics. “Beyond supplying products, we will continue to strengthen our brand trust and business competitiveness in the European market by building a locally integrated service and training infrastructure.”
