LONDON, United Kingdom, Sep 21, 2026 – Eight Group is expanding its use of IFS Industrial AI to support field repairs, scheduling and companywide operations. The facilities management business is implementing IFS Loops Digital Workers, IFS Cloud and Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO). The software will provide visibility into finance, projects, field service, scheduling and asset data.
The expansion follows Eight Group’s deployment of Nexus Black Resolve to 65 engineers. Engineers capture issues through photos, video or voice, while AI diagnoses faults and guides repairs. According to IFS, processes that previously took hours, or sometimes days, now take minutes. Resolve also fills in survey and asset information automatically, reducing manual entry.
IFS Loops Knowledge Manager draws on technical documentation and past service records to deliver answers within engineers’ workflows. The digital worker helps field teams find information without searching multiple systems or waiting for colleagues. It also incorporates data and histories from businesses joining Eight Group to support integration and help new teams begin work.
