SHENZHEN, China, July 7, 2026 – ELEGOO has launched the Centauri 2 Series, including the Centauri 2 and Centauri 2 Combo, with an open-frame design and a CANVAS multicolor system for four-color 3D printing.
Key Features
Four-Color Printing with CANVAS
The CANVAS system supports four-color printing, color switching, RFID filament recognition, automatic filament refill and tangle prevention. Four independent motors handle color changes and filament movement during multicolor print jobs.
CoreXY Motion System
The Centauri 2 Series uses a CoreXY architecture and reaches acceleration of up to 20,000 mm/s². The printers combine a die-cast aluminum frame, dual 4260 stepper motors and precision linear guides to support high-speed motion and dimensional control.
Calibration and Print Monitoring
ELEGOO has added automatic calibration, four-point auto leveling and pre-print checks. Up to 22 onboard sensors monitor filament runout, clog detection, cooling performance, cutter status, bed temperature and power-loss recovery.
Materials and Print Control
The printers include Auto Z Offset, Active Vibration Compensation and Pressure Advance Calibration. The hardware also includes a 350°C high-temperature nozzle, a 110°C heated bed, a cooling system and a dual-sided flexible build plate.
Software and Remote Print Management
The Centauri 2 Series connects with ELEGOO’s software and app tools. Users can access ready-to-print models through Nexprint, prepare jobs with ElegooSlicer and manage prints remotely through the ELEGOO Matrix app.
Availability
ELEGOO said buyers can place orders on ELEGOO Official Store for shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia and Japan.
Buyers in the Asia-Pacific region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and Korea, as well as Mexico and Brazil, can order through the ELEGOO Global Store.
