ATLANTA, GA, Mar 17, 2026 – EVOLVE has launched EVOLVE Fabrication, an automation software that connects building information modeling (BIM) data to fabrication equipment for production workflows. The platform transfers BIM data from Revit and EVOLVE Electrical to machines, enabling a consistent, machine-ready workflow from design to fabrication.
EVOLVE Fabrication links modeling, detailing, publishing, and fabrication in a single platform, creating a direct workflow from model to machine. Built for electrical contractors, the platform replaces manual data conversion with a process that includes conduit bend corrections. The platform enables up to a 4x increase in conduit bend fabrication from design to production, helping improve throughput in electrical shops.
“Machine automation has matured rapidly, and software has lagged behind in translating and correcting model data for reliable machine input,” said Adam Heon, VP of product at EVOLVE. “EVOLVE Fabrication closes that gap by connecting design intent directly to the shop floor in a standardized, repeatable way. This software helps contractors see a full return on machine investments by removing friction from that process and lets them focus on getting more work done, faster.”
EVOLVE Fabrication organizes bend data by schedule and applies springback and elongation corrections within one platform. As part of EVOLVE’s design and fabrication platform, it provides a workflow from data preparation to production for electrical contractors. The platform reduces time spent on information retrieval and rework and increases output in electrical shops.
“The modern electrical contractor needs a responsive technology partner who provides significant production rate gains across all of VDC, publishing, and fabrication,” said Richard Burroughs IV, CEO of EVOLVE. “That is now possible: EVOLVE leveraged its market-leading VDC software position to develop the industry’s first design through fabrication platform for the electrical trade. The onset of machine automation is a watershed moment for the electrical industry. EVOLVE will relentlessly work to increase your VDC and Fabrication production rates as construction evolves into manufacturing.”
